Emissions management is becoming more and more of a priority these days. It is important to be aware your process emissions in order to implement successful exhaust air concepts. On the one hand, legal and technical requirements must be met, but on the other hand, the investment and operating costs must not get out of hand. We use a wide variety of technologies to control exhaust emissions, ranging from biofilter systems to exhaust air scrubbers and membrane systems.
Material flow management
In order to be able to correctly map your own plant electronically, you first need to know the material path running through delivery, storage, processing, and sales. The allocation of the delivered articles to the correct warehouses, internal routes and bookings are basic requirements for ensuring the traceability of material flows and the creation of a material flow analysis. Our task is to analyze your plant with all its material flows in order to create an electronic image of your plant that is as efficient and simple as possible.
When designing our technologies, we always try to generate as few interfaces as possible and involve as few professions as possible. We try to limit the work to be done on site to usual construction activities. To this end, we provide the technologically relevant share of the structure at the construction site as a finished product that can be installed by local construction workers.
